摘　　要：阐述了卡尔迈耶MKS7-420全自动试样整经机快速打样系统的功能和在生产中实际应用的方法及特点,针对设备性能,利用不同的分绞方式、倒轴方式、整经花型排列的工艺改进,详细介绍了产品适应范围,为下道工序操作提供了便利,同时对如何保证经轴质量,节约成本提出了合理的建议。The paper introduces the rapid sampling system function and the methods and characteristics in the actural production of fully automatic sampling warping machine.It use different means of diverging section,beaming and warping pattern to optimize process in according of its properties.The text introduces in detail a range of adaptation to its products.It provides convenience for next working.At the same time,the reasonable methods are provided for improving the quality of the beam and saving the cost of production.
