摘　　要：介绍了FMV36型立式无捻粗纱机主要机构及性能,通过纺高支纱的生产实践以及对高支纱质量的分析,阐述了合理选择设备参数的方法和重要性及生产中正确维护设备的方法。以2个设备技术攻关实例启示用户应从技术上正确做好设备的技术改进工作。This article introduces the main construction and function of vertical rubbling frame typed FMV36.It describes how to set processing parameter on the machine,and the way to set the machine what is very important,which is based on the practice of fine count yarn production and analysis of the quality of fine count yarn.It also mentions machine maintenance in daily production and some key points.There are two examples to show the user how to overcome the difficult technical problem on the machine.
