摘　　要：以9500示波器自动检定系统为例,介绍了在VB6.0开发环境下,引用其强大的数据库功能。通过建立9500程控代码数据库、仪器登记数据库、检定参数设置信息库、检定结果信息库,实现了各库之间的数据访问和存储,达到了对各种示波器的半自动和全自动检定。并将部分代码加以介绍,可以直接在其它自动测试中应用,因此具有广泛的应用和借鉴价值。Takes 9500 oscilloscope automated verification system as an example, has introduced how to Quite its strong data base function under the enviroment of VB 6.0 development. Through set up 9500 programme - controlled code data base, instrument register data base, parameter of verification storehouse, result of verification storehouse, have realized through the procedure that visit and stored in each data, The ones that have realized various kinds of oscilloscopes have verified semi - automatic and full - automatically. And code-ses explanatory note introduce, can direcdy in other to test project application while being automatic codes, So have extensive using value and draw lessons from value.
