摘　　要：目的 :完善甲亢灵片的质量标准。方法 :对处方中的山药、夏枯草进行TLC鉴别 ,对丹参进行含量测定。结果 :在TLC色谱中能检出山药及夏枯草 ;丹参素在 0 .175 4～ 0 .876 8μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9991;平均回收率为97.7,RSD =1.3%。结论 :实验方法操作简单 。Objective: To improve a quality standard of Jiakangling tablets. Method: Rhizoma dioscorere and Spica prunellae in fomula were identified by TLC and the content of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae was determined by HPLC. Result: Rhizoma dioscorere and Spica prunellae could be identified successfully by TLC. Danshensu showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.1754 ～ 0.8768 μg. The average recovery was 97.7% , RSD was 1.3% .Conclusion: The method is simple and able to control the quality of Jiakangling tablets.
