摘　　要：目的 :研制盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂 ,用于治疗痤疮。方法 :以卡波姆 94 0为凝胶基质制备盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂。用旋光法进行含量测定并观察临床疗效。结果 :该制剂质量稳定 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .81% (RSD =0 .73% ) ,临床总有效率达75 .0 %。结论 :盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂制备工艺简单 。Objective: To develop a lincomycin hydrochloride gel. Method: The lincomycin hydrochloride gel was prepared with carbopol 940 as base material. Lincomycin hydrochloride was determined by the polarimetry, the therapeutic effect of the gel was observed. Result: The average recovery was 100.81% ( RSD = 0.73% ). The total clinic effective rate was 75.0% .Conclusion: The preparing technique of lincomycin hydrochloride gel is simple. The polarimetry is a rapid, simple, and accurate method for content determination. The gel is stable and can be used for the clinic.
