摘　　要：以廊坊地区策城220kV变电站为例,介绍了双母线接线220kV负荷变电站的启动投运程序以及在启动过程中继电保护和自动装置投入/退出次序,并对继电保护和自动装置的动作行为、保护的选择性、速动性、可靠性进行了分析。Taking 220 kV Cecheng Substation, Langfang District, as an example, this paper introduces the commissioning procedure of load substation with double busbar system, and the inservice and outofservice ordinal of rely protections and automation devices.Anthurs also analyz operation performance, selectivity, speed, and the reliability of rely protection and automation systems.
