九香心痛舒对大鼠高脂血症模型血脂代谢、血小板颗粒膜蛋白、一氧化氮影响的研究  被引量:6

摘  要:目的探讨九香心痛舒对实验性大鼠高脂血症模型血脂代谢、血小板颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP—1 40 )、一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法高脂饲料喂养所致大鼠高脂血症模型 ;观察该药对大鼠造模后血脂代谢、GMP—1 40、NO的影响。结果九香心痛舒能明显降低血脂 ,改善血脂代谢 ;抑制血小板活化、聚集 ;改善血管内皮功能 ,促进NO生成、释放 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中高剂量作用效果明显 ,在某些方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论九香心痛舒能够改善高脂血症状态下血脂异常代谢、抑制血小板活化、聚集 ;改善血管内皮功能 ,促进NO生成、释放。?Objective To investigate the effects of Jiuxiang Xintongshu(JXXTS) on serum lipid level, platelet granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140) and NO in rats with experimental hyperlipemia. Methods The model was prepared with high-fat feeding procedure in rats. JXXTS was given to the modeling animals at various dosages for different groups.Then, the changes in the levels of serum lipid,GMP—140 and NO were detected and compared between different groups to see the effects of JXXTS on these indexes.Results It was shown that JXXTS could significantly decline the level of serum lipid, inhibit the activation and aggragation of platelets, improve the function of vascular endothelia and promote the production and release of NO(P<0.05).Especially,the effects were the most significant in the groups of animals with higher dosage of JXXTS,significamtly superior to that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusions JXXTS can improve the abnormal lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function,inhibit the activation and aggragation of platelets, and promote the production and release of NO among rats with hyperlipemia.
