摘　　要：介绍在酶体外定向进化研究中 ,几种常用基因文库构建技术及其应用方面的最新进展 .同时介绍近年来 ,一些新开发的基因文库的构建技术及其应用情况 .Among the studies of directional evolution of enzymes in vitro, the authors provide information about the techniques in common use for generating gene libraries and the recent progress of their applications; and provide also information about techniques of new development for generating gene libraries and situation of their application. The characteristics and the limitation of several principel methods used at present are discussed.
