摘　　要：通过对孙村矿主要生产系统环节进行分析,找出制约矿井生产发展的主要环节、因素;研究如何达到提高矿井产量和经济效益、不断提高矿井参与市场竞争的能力、保持矿井可持续发展的办法和措施。After the analysis on the main production system of Suncun Mine, the paper pointed out the main circulations and factors restricted mine production development. The paper studied the methods and measures to improve the mine production and economic benefits, increase the market challenge capacity of the mine and to keep the sustainable development.
