摘  要:从聚合配方、聚合工艺、热力学及动力学等几方面对多孔型及空腔型聚合物乳胶粒的形成机理进行了分析。 聚合配方、工艺及热力学条件决定了最终平衡时聚合物胶乳粒的结构形态,而动力学因素则决定达到这种平衡的乳胶 粒子形态的程度。简要指出了该领域急待解决的问题。Multihollow and void polymer latex particles are new functional polymer materials studied extensively by researchers in recent years. Alkali/acid stepwise posttreatment method was reviewed, and formation mechanism of multihollow and void particles was analyzed in detail. Polymerization ingredients, polymerization technique, and thermodynamics factors determined the equilibrium morphology of the final polymer latex particles, while kinetics factors determine the ease with which such therodynamically favored morphologies can be achieved. Problems that should be solved urgently were pointed out, and prospects of research and development in this field were put forward.
