摘　　要：心力衰竭是由于心脏功能损伤而引起的循环淤血的综合征。虽然无法治愈,但许多用于改善心肌功 能、缓解症状、提高生活质量的药物已应用于临床或正在研究中,如:内皮素受体阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙增敏剂、 利尿剂、醛固酮阻滞剂等。现对这些药物的作用机制、药动学特点及临床应用做一综述。Congestive heart failure is a circulatory congestive syndrome caused by impaired cardiac function. Now, there have been several classes of agents available for treatment of-congestive heart failure,such as endothelium receptor inhibitors,β-blockers,calcium sensitizers,diuretics,aldosterone receptor antagonists. Although no one can cure the disease but they can relieve symptoms and improve quality of life. The present situations of them are reviewed in this paper.
