盐酸多塞平乳膏与盐酸赛庚啶乳膏对照治疗慢性神经性皮炎75例

摘　　要：目的:评价盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗慢性神经性皮炎的疗效。方法:75例慢性神经性皮炎患者,随机分为治疗组(n=30,用盐酸多塞平乳膏)、阴性对照组(n=30,用凡士林、甘油等制备的基质乳膏)和阳性对照组(n=15,用盐酸赛庚啶乳膏),局部外用,tid,每次使用面积不超过全身的8％,8d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗后瘙痒和皮疹面积总平均下降分多于阳性对照组及阴性对照组,统计学处理差异均有显著性。盐酸多塞平乳膏止痒作用突出,而皮损消退作用则相对缓慢,不良反应小。结论:盐酸多塞平乳膏治疗慢性神经性皮炎安全有效。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of doxepin HCl cream on chronic neuroder matitis. Methods:75 patients with chronic neurodermatitis were randomized to 1 of 3 treatments for 8 days: doxepin as treatment group (n = 30),cyproheptadine HCl as positive control (n = 15) group and the cream base with petrolatum and propylene glycol as negative control (n = 30). Each cream was topically given to the patients three times a day and applied no more than 8 percent of the body skin surface each time. Results: The treatment group demonstrated a significant reduction in total disease severity scores compared to both positive and negative controls. The itching relief with doxepin cream was most impressive. However,doxepin cream showed the slower onset of action in the reductions of symptoms associated with skin inflammation. The doxepine was well tolerated across the study. Conclusion:Doxepin HQ cream has been shown to be safe and effective in the treatment of chronic neurodermatitis.
