摘 要:目的 :探讨肾脏病时非酯化脂肪酸 (non -esterifiedfattyacid ,NEFA)的浓度与脂肪代谢和动脉粥样硬化(atherosis ,AS)间的关系。方法 :通过对各种肾脏病患者的血清NEFA水平进行观察 ,以 4 4例健康成年人作为对照作对比分析。结果 :各肾脏病患者NEFA ,LP(a) ,APO -B明显高于健康对照 (P <0 .0 5 )。APO -A1,APO -A1/APO -B明显低于健康对照 (P <0 .0 5 )。慢性肾功衰 (CRF)和肾病综合症 (NS)时NEFA与TG ,APO -B呈明显正相关 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,与LP(a) ,TC ,APO -A1,HDL等无相关性。结论 :(1)NEFA在肾脏病时会升高 ;(2 )NEFA同载脂蛋白一样可作为肾脏病心血管合并症的诱发因素。Objectives:To investigate the relationships of non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), fat metabolism and atherosis. Methods: To observe the levels of NEFA and lipid in serum of patients with different kidney diseases, and compare with the control group that consists of 44 normal adults. Results: The levels of NEFA, LP(a),APO-B in all kinds of kidney disease were significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).The levels of APO-A1, APO-A1/APO-B in all kinds of kidney disease were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were obvious positive correlations between NEFA and TG,APO-B in chronic renal failure and nephrotic syndrome and there were no positive correlations between NEFA and LP(a),TC ,APO-A1,HDL. Conclusions:NEFA would increase in kidney diseases. Just like apolipoprotein, NEFA was an inducement of kidney diseases complicated with cardiovascular diseases.
