摘  要:通过流化床焚烧试验 ,主要考察了焚烧温度、添加剂 (CaO和NaCl)对污泥焚烧过程中重金属元素 (Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Ni和Cd)的残留特性和固化率的影响情况 ,以寻找重金属在焚烧底灰中的迁移规律。研究表明 ,添加NaCl导致大多数重金属的固化率降低 ,说明氯含量的增加会妨碍重金属在焚烧过程中向底灰中迁移 ,但对Ni而言 ,其影响并不显著。随着焚烧温度的升高 ,6种重金属元素的固化率顺序为 :Pb >Cu >Cr>Ni>Cd >Zn 。Through fluidizedbed incineration test, it has been mainly observed that the incineration temperature and additives (such as CaO and NaCl) upon the residual behavior and solidification rate of heavy metals (such as Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, Ni and Cd) in the process of sludge incineration, to find out the migration regularity of the said heavy metals in bottom ash of incineration. Results of study show that the addition of NaCl leads the solidificatin rate of many heavy metals to decrease, explaining the increase of Cl content may hinder heavy metals to migrate into bottom ash during the course of incineration. But for Ni, the said influence isn't obvious along with the rising of temperature, the sequence of six heavy metals' solidification rate to be as follows; Pb>Cu>Cr>Ni>Cd>Zn, this is an obvious negative correlation to their volatility.
