体表超声治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨体表超声治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床疗效。　方法　将 6 0例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组均为 30例 ,2组均采用综合治疗 ,治疗组采用心脏超声治疗机治疗 ,对 2组病人在体温恢复时间、硬肿消退时间、住院天数、治疗前后血小板、血糖、尿素氮、二氧化碳结合力、心电图、医技检验指标方面进行比较 ,借以观察临床疗效。　结果　在治疗后心电图 2组均有改善 ,但差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组治疗后各项实验室检查均有明显改善 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;体温恢复时间 2组比较 ,差异无显著性 (T=12 5 .5 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ;轻、中度硬肿消退时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;住院天数治疗组平均为 (9.5± 3.3) d,对照组为 (13.6± 4 .5 ) d,治疗组明显较对照组缩短 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组有效率高达 90 .0 % (2 7/ 30 ) ,明显高于对照组 6 3.3% (19/ 30 ) ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　体表超声治疗新生儿硬肿症是一种操作简单、无痛苦、无副作用、疗效高、经济方便的新方法 ,值得推广应用。Objective To discover the clinical effect on new-infant scleroswelling through ultrasonic therapy. Methods 60 cases of new-infant scleroswelling patients were divided into two groups randomly(30 cases each).In the theraputic group,ultrasonic treatment was added besides the common approach.The SUT-C type of ultracardio-theraputic device was used(intensity 1 w/cm 2,frequency 800 kHz,theraputic duration 10～20 minutes)once a day.Only the common treatment was adopted in the control group.Before and after the treatment,platelet counter,blood glucose,NPN and Cpco2 were tested,and the ECGs were recorded among all patients. Results After the treatment, ECGs were improved in two groups,and there was no defference between them two;Other values were also improved and the results had more significance in the treatment group than in the control group;the body temperature recovering time,the swelling resolving time and the time in hospital were much shorter in the treatment group than in the control group.The therapeutic effectiveness in the former group was significantly higher than in the latter one(90 % vs 63.3 %),and no adverse effect was found in the therapy. Conclusion The surface-ultrasonic therapy in new infant scleroswelling is a convenient,economic,and painless approach and has no adverse effects.
