摘　　要：8.14美加大停电事故因其给社会带来的巨大影响,引起了世界各国,包括政界高层在内的广泛关注。该文从保护整定原则、保护装置性能等方面分析了当前国内继电保护在类似事故中可能做出的反应,并对故障记录设备能力和机网协调等进行了分析,文末提出了相应对策,以期吸取事故教训,避免类似灾难性事故的重演。The great blackout happened on August 14th, 2003 shocks the whole world including political highs because of its wide influence on the society. To learn the lessons of the accident, the reactivity of domain protective relay facing such accident is analyzed from aspects such as setting rule, protective device performance, etc. Problems such as the recording ability of fault recorder and cooperation between units and power grids problems are also brought up and analyzed. At the end, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to avoid the similar power disaster.
