摘　　要：主要对“教学科研数字图书馆”的特点、结构与功能,系统平台的结构与功能,以及建设过程需要注意的问题进行了阐述。This paper introduces characteristics, construction and function of teaching and researching digital library, construction and function of column construction and several remarkable problems related with the construction of digital library.
