摘  要:根据双河油田部分油井油管和抽油杆易偏磨 ,造成管杆断脱、管柱漏失及频繁作业的生产实际 ,对管杆偏磨的原因进行了分析 ,认为造成管杆偏磨的因素主要有井身结构弯曲、油管螺旋弯曲、抽油杆螺旋弯曲以及工作参数不合理、产出液的高含水特性等。为此 ,结合生产实际提出了有效的防治措施 :(1)简化井下生产管柱 ;(2 )优化组合油管、抽油杆柱 ;(3)选择合适的井下工具 ;(4 )确定合理的生产参数。上述综合防治措施在现场应用 ,大大减缓了管杆偏磨 ,延长了油井检泵周期 。Sucker rods and tubings in rod pumped wells in Shuanghe Oilfield in Henan Province used to be eccentrically worn, resultingin rod and tubing parting and tubing string leakage. The causes of the eccentric wear of the rod and tubing are analyzed, and it is indicated that this eccentric wear is related to hole structure, spiral bending of tubing and rod, improper operational parameters and effect of produced fluid. Thereby the following measures are put forward: (1) simplifying the production string; (2) optimizing the tubing string and rod string; (3) selecting right downhole tools; (4) determining correct operational parameters. By means of these measures, the wear of the rod and tubing is greatly reduced and the period of pump checkout is extended.
