摘 要:目的 通过观察妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症 (ICP)死产儿肝脏及肾上腺等表达Bc1 2的情况探讨ICP死胎、死产等围生儿并发症的发生机制。方法 对 4例ICP死产儿或死胎的肝脏等石蜡病理切片进行Bc1 2的免疫组化染色。 3例畸形引产儿为对照组。结果 4例ICP死产儿或死胎的肝脏及肾上腺细胞呈阳性表达而对照组为阴性。结论 ICP死产儿的肝细胞及肾上腺细胞受到了不良因素的作用 ,可能是脐血中升高的胆汁酸、胆红素所致 ,说明Bc1 2与ICP围生儿并发症的发生有关。Objective To determine the hepatocytes express Bc1-2 in stillbirths whose mothers with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and to explore the pathogenesis of fetal complications.Methodes Sections of the liver and adrenals of stillbirths of ICP(4 cases)were performed for Bc1-2 using immunohistochemistry method.Three cases of the dead deformed neonates for control.Results Hepatocytes and adrenal cells of 4 stillbirths of ICP did express Bc1-2.Three cases of control did not.Conclusion Hepatocytes and adrenal cells might be attacked by some harmful factors.These factors were most likely to be elevated bile acids and hyperbilirubinaemia.It suggested that Bc1-2 be involved in fetal complications of ICP.
