摘  要:以日本理学 30 1 5 X射线衍射仪研究了 Sol- Gel水热偶合法制备纳米 Al OOH的晶相转变 .(1 )在 p H3.5、时间 5 h、温度低于 1 30℃时 ,主要生成三水铝 ;当温度高于 1 30℃且升高至 1 5 0℃时 ,三水铝完全转化为 Al OOH;(2 )在 p H3.5、温度 1 5 0℃、时间小于 3h时 ,物相以三水铝和 Al OOH共存 ,随时间延长至 5 h,三水铝完全转化为Al OOH;(3)在反应温度 1 5 0℃、时间 5 h、p H>8.0时 ,三水铝的含量随 p H的增大而增加 ,p H<6 .0才能转化为Al OOH.The transformation of crystalline AlOOH prepared by Sol gel and hydrothermal treatment was investigated by means of X ray powder diffractometer (Japan science, 3015). Firstly, the pH was adjusted to 3.5, the reaction time was fixed as 5 h, the particle phase was mainly gibbsite under 130 ℃, conversion of gibbsite to boehmite occurred drastically at above 130 ℃ to 150 ℃. Secondly, the pH was adjusted to 3.5,the reaction temperature was fixed as 150 ℃, the particle was a mixture of gibbsite and boehmit at blow 3 h, gibbsite conversion to boehmit occurred drastically at above 3 h to 5 h. Finally, the reaction temperature was fixed as 150 ℃, the reaction time was fixed as 5 h, the particle phase was mainly gibbsite when the pH>8.0,gibbsite conversion to boehmit was possible only when the pH<6.0.
