电位滴定法测定氨酚伪麻片中盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立氨酚伪麻片中盐酸伪麻黄碱电位滴定的测定方法。方法 :用电位滴定法 ,以 0 .2 mol/LKCl溶液作离子强度调节剂 ,Na OH标准溶液滴定 ,测定其 p H值 ,以强碱滴定弱酸计量点后之 Gran函数对滴定体积作图直线外推求滴定终点。结果 :平均回收率为 1 0 0 .8% ,RSD=0 .2 7%。结论 :该法准确 ,精密度好 ,操作简便、快速。Objective: To establish a better method for determining pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in the paracetamol pseudoephedrine hydrochloride compound tablets. Methods: With potentiometric method, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was titrated with standard NaOH solution, 0.2 mL/L KCl solution served as ionic strength adjustor (ISA). The titrant was added stepwise integral volume, and the pH was measured.The Gran function after the stoichiometric point of the weak acid titrated by strong base was plotted with the titrant volumes. The end point of titration was obtained from linear extrapolation. Results: The average recovery was 100.8% and RSD was 0.27%. Conclusion: The method was accurate, simple and rapid.;
