摘　　要：文章对近年有关编辑劳动"创造性"研究的成果和现状做了总结、分析,并在此基础上提出了作者自己的看法。Aiming at the creativeness of editors work,this article summarizes and analyzes the study achievement and present situation about it in recent years,and on these bases,the author puts forward some views.
