摘　　要：成本-效果分析已经越来越多地用于卫生相关项目的评价,为卫生资源合理配置与利用提供决策依据。现介绍成本-效果分析方法在世界各国艾滋病预防干预资源分配中的应用,并讨论艾滋病干预成本-效果分析中存在的方法学问题,以期为我国进行艾滋病预防干预措施成本-效果分析提供借鉴。Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) has been more and more applied for the evaluation of health related programs to serve as the basis of decision making in allocating health resources reasonably. This article introduced the application of CEA on HIV/ AIDS intervention resource allocation among different countries. Issues related with CEA application on HIV/ AIDS intervention have also been discussed in this article which provide thoughts to CEA application on HIV/ AIDS interventions in China.
