百银镇咳颗粒止咳药理作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究百银镇咳颗粒的药理作用。方法　用棉球肉芽增生法、气管酚红排泌法及氨水致咳法对百银镇咳颗粒的镇咳作用进行研究。结果　百银镇咳颗粒对小鼠棉球肉芽增生有明显抑制作用 ;对小鼠气管酚红排泌有明显促进作用 ;对小鼠浓氨水引咳有明显延长引咳潜伏期并明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数的作用。结论　百银镇咳颗粒具有明显的抗炎、化痰和镇咳作用。Objective To study the pharmacologic effects of Baiyinzhenke Granule.Methods Methods of cotton-pellet induced proliferation of granulation,phenol red and coughing stimulated by ammonia were used.Results The result showed that Baiyinzhenke Granule could inhibit the proliferation of granulation induced by cotton-pellet;it could increase phenol red output of trachea in mice.It could also decrease the frequency of cough induced by ammonia in mice and prolong the latent period of cough.Conclusion Baiyinzhenke Granule has significant anti-inflammatory,antitussive and expectorant effects.
