摘　　要：目的　建立二阶导数光谱法测定硫软膏中硫的含量的方法。方法　以λ=32 7 8nm为测定波长 ,不经分离直接采用二阶导数光谱法测定硫软膏中硫的含量。结果　硫在 2 0～ 70mg·L- 1 之间呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 9990 (n =6 )。平均回收率为99 5 % ,RSD =0 5 3%。结论　该方法简便、快速、准确 ,回收率和重现性均较好 ,适用于生产过程中的快速分析。Objective To establish a second order derivative spectrophotometry for determination of the sulphur of sulphur ointment.Methods A second order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the sulphur content at 327.8nm wavelength directly.Results When concentration of sulfur was between 20～70 mg·L -1 ,the linear relation was good(r= 0.999 0 ,n=6),with the average recovery rate 99.5%,RSD=0.53%.Conclusions The method is quick,accurate and suitable for determination of sulphur ointment.
