摘  要:根据传递过程和反应工程原理建立了水煤气炉的数学模型。在计算机上对模型进行数值仿真计算,摸索出循环周期对气化效率的变化规律,结合程序控制阀门滞后时间的影响,得出优化的循环周期为120s。在生产化肥原料气的水煤气炉上应用,总气化效率可提高1.3%以上。On the basis of the principle of transport process and chemical reaction engineering, the mathematical model for water gas gasifier has been set up and the numerical modeling computation for this model has been carried out in computer. Based on the influence of cycle period on gasification efficiency and the effect of lag time of programmed control valve, the optimal cycle period has been obtained as 120s. The application of water gas gasifier in preparing feed gas for fertilizer production shows that the total gasification efficiency has been improved above 1.3%.
