摘　　要：目的 　建立三黄洗剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法 　高效液相色谱法。采用 Symmetry C1 8柱 ( 3 .9mm× 15 0 mm,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇-水 -冰醋酸 ( 5 0∶ 5 0∶ 1) ,检测波长为 2 74nm。结果 　此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .7%。结论 　此方法简便、准确 ,可用于测定三黄洗剂中黄芩苷的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC methed for the determination of baicalin in Sanhuang Lotion.METHODS The HPLC method was used at Symmetry C 18 column of 3.9mm×150mm,5μm,.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial(50∶50∶1).The detective wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS The Linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 100.7%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Sanhuang Lotion.
