摘　　要：目的 　建立更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的 HPL C测定方法。方法 　色谱柱为 Nova-pak( 15 0 mm× 4.6mm ,5μm) C1 8柱 ,乙腈 -水 ( 2 6∶ 74)为流动相 ,检测波长 ;2 70 nm。 结果 　淫羊藿苷在 2 0 .2 6～ 162 .0 μg·L- 1 ,范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD=1.1% ( n=5 )。 结论 　方法结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于测定更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Icariin in Gengnianling Capsules.METHODS Chromatographic condition includes:Nova-pak C 18 (250mm×4.6mm,10μm) columm,acetonitrile-water(26∶74)as mobile phase,The detector wavelength at 270nm.RESULTS The linear range of Icariin was 20.26～162.0μg·L -1 r=0.9998,The average recovery was 100.09%,RSD=1.1%(n=5).CONCLUSION The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the determinaton of Icariin in Gengnianling Capsules.
