摘　　要：建立了HPLC-ELSD测定美金刚胺片中盐酸美金刚胺的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(80∶20∶0.1)。盐酸美金刚胺在100～500mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9994),平均加样回收率为101.6%。A HPLC-ELSD method was established for determination of memantine hydrochloride in memantinetablets. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-H2O-triethylamine (80∶20∶0.1). The drift tubetemperature and nitrogen carrier gas pressure of the ELSD were set at 48℃and 35psi, respectively. The calibration curvewas linear in the concentration range of 100～500mg/ml(r2=0.9994)and the average recovery was 101.6%.
