摘　　要：在波纹板端焊生产中 ,根据材料特点 ,采用柔性控制方式 ,实现多端面焊缝全自动的快速焊接 ,保证了焊缝质量 ,本文就其工作原理和系统实现进行了分析讨论。In the production of welding rib ends for ripple board,flexile welding control manner was used base on the technics.Automatic fast weld of more rib ends was achieved.The quality of welding line was assured.The characteristic and principle of this system was discussed and analyzed.
