摘　　要：党中央提出的科学发展观是对马克思主义的发展理论的继承和重要发展。学习马克思的发展理论 ,有利于深入理解科学发展观的思想来源、理论创新、精神实质和重大意义。为了更好地贯彻执行科学的发展观 ,还需要进一步探索广大人民最关注的社会主义发展的重点目标、市场经济的两重效应与宏观调控、新世纪新阶段教育发展的先导地位等问题。The Party Central Committee puts forward scientific views of development which is inheritance and important development to Marxist theory.To study Marx's development theory will help us deeply understand the ideology origins,theoretical innovation,spirit central point and significance of scientific views of development.In order to carry out scientific views of development,we must pay attention to some important issues,for example,the aim of socialist development,the two kinds effects of market economy,centralize guidance and the forerunner position of education in new century.
