摘　　要：结合精冲模具的失效特点 ,提出了高速钢应用于精冲模的必要性 ,并介绍了高速钢精冲模常规热处理工艺参数 ,特别是冷处理和深冷处理 。According to the failure characteristics of fine-blanking die in working, the necessity of application of high-speed steel for fine-blanking dies was described, and conventional heat treatment process of the steel die, especially the subzero treating and cryogenic treating were introduced, finally a proposal for the sequence of cryogenic treatment and temper process was also made.
