摘  要:研究了高速悬臂转子—挤压油膜阻尼器系统的瞬态响应问题。运用模态综合法求解转子一支承系统的动力响应特性,分析了挤压油膜阻尼器的长度、间隙对转子系统瞬态特性的影响。针对现有的立式悬臂转子试验台,提出了一种直接在转子端部施加不平衡重的方法,实验证明该方法简单实用。理论计算与实验研究均表明,设计合理的挤压油膜阻尼器能有效地降低挠性转子对不平衡的敏感性。The transient response problem of a high speed overhung rotor-squeeze film damper system was studied theoretically and experimently.A method of component mode synthesis was utilized to determine the dy- namic characteristic of the rotor system.Then the influence of the length and the clearance of a damper on the transient charactestic of the rotor system were analyzed.On an experimental rig with a vertical overhung rotor, the unbalance mass was directly added from the top of a disk to the system.The experiment demonstrates that this method is simple and effective.The results of the theoretical calculation and experiment have indicated that a suit- able squeeze film damper can reduce the sensitivity of a flexible rotor to the unbalance effectively.
