摘　　要：为了分析研究焊接材料的工艺性,用汉诺威焊接质量分析仪测试了几种药芯焊丝焊接时的电参数。得到了测试药芯焊丝的电弧电压、焊接电流、短路时间和短路周期等相关数据,分析了各种药芯焊丝的电弧物理特性。为进一步分析评价焊接材料的工艺性提供了试验手段和试验依据。In order to study the usability of welding materials, the electrical parameters for several kinds of flux-cored wires, which include arc voltage, welding current, short-circuiting time and short-circuiting cycle, are obtained using HANOVER ANALYSATOR. Analyses are conducted on the properties of the arc physics of different flux-cored wires, which provide experimental methods and bases for further analyses and assessment on the usability of welding materials.
