摘  要:对复吹转炉模型在各种工况下进行冷态振动试验。确定了转炉主要部件——托圈的振动为随机振动。在此基础上,将测试所得的大量动态信号进行处理、分析,用两种不同方法得到了托圈振动时应变的动荷系数场,为大型转炉的动态设计提供了必需的数据。The authors had cold-state vibration testes of a model of the large-scale combinde blown converter under various working conditions.The random vibration of the main part——the bracket circle of the converter was recognized.A large amount of dynamic signals got from the testes were processed and analyzed.Two different methods were used to determine the dynamic loading factor field of the strain of the vibrating bracket circle.The necessary datum have been provided for the dynamic design of the large-scale combined blown converter.
