摘 要:目的 应用超声组织定征背向散射积分对尿毒症患者进行检测 ,以探讨尿毒症心肌组织特征以及超声背向散射参数评估其心肌病变的临床价值。方法 应用背向散射积分联机分析技术 ,对 40例尿毒症患者和 3 0例正常人进行心脏常规检查及心肌背向散射参数 (IB %、CVIB)测定。结果 尿毒症患者左心房明显增大 ,左室壁肥厚 ,左室舒张功能减弱 ,其IB %较对照组增大 ,而CVIB减小 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 尿毒症患者心肌组织特征与正常人明显不同。Objective To explore the tissue characterization of myocardium in uremic patients, and to evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonic integrated backscatter in assessing myocardial lesions of uremic patients. Methods Forty uremic patients and 30 healthy controls underwent the backscatter analysis. Results Diameter of left atrial and wall thickness of left ventricle were significantly higher and left ventricular diastolic function was significantly lower in uremic group than those in the control group. The IB% value was higher while the cyclic vriation integrated backscatter (CVIB) value was lower in the uremic group compared to those in the control group. Conclusion The tissue characterization of the uremic patients is different from that of the controls. The ultrasonic integrated backscatter is valuable in assessment of the myocardial lesions in uremic patients, and may be a new criterion of digital quantification.
