摘  要:介绍了福建三钢炼钢厂近年来依靠科技进步 ,自主创新 ,提出的基本思路是继续加快工艺、设备、生产组织的优化 ,实现连续、稳定、高效的生产。连浇炉数逐年提高。 2 0 0 3年继 4号连铸机连浇 10 0 5炉后 ,2号连铸机创连浇 192 4炉 ,3号连铸机创连浇 2 10 5炉的好成绩。提高连浇炉数进一步降低了工序成本 ,实现了市场竞争力和经济效益的同步提高 ,是新世纪炼钢发展的重要方向。Scientific and technological progress and own innovation in recent years at St ee lmaking Plant of Minguang Co , Ltd of Fujian Sansteel was introduced The sign ificance and technological measures of sequential casting were recommended The measures include high intensity providing oxygen for BOF, process control, quick analysis of liquid steel composition, casting with small overheat, stable refra ctory, long life equipment, mould replacing on-line, hot charging of cast bille t Its process, equipment and production organization has been optimized, making sequential casting heats increase year after year In March of 2003, the sequen tial casting was up to 1005 heats in No.4 billet continuous caste r, 1924 heats in No 2 caster, and in June of 2003 even up to 2105 heats in No 3 caster, resulting in stronger product competitiven ess and better economic result
