摘  要:采用 Gleeble15 0 0热模拟试验机研究了变形温度、变形速率、变形程度及奥氏体晶粒尺寸对新型 Mn- Cr齿轮钢动态再结晶行为的影响。确定了该 Mn- Cr齿轮钢的动态再结晶激活能 Q及应力指数 n分别为 378.6 k J/ mol和 5 .81,在热轧齿轮钢管穿孔工序中 ,变形温度为 110 0~ 115 0℃ ,变形量为 4 0 %~ 5 4 % ,奥氏体处于动态再结晶状态 ;而在轧管及减径工序中 ,变形温度分别为 10 0 0~ 10 5 0℃和 90 0~ 95 0℃ ,变形量分别为 2 1%和 31% ,奥氏体均处于加工硬化状态。Dynamic recrystallization behavior of new Mn-C r gear steel under diffe rent deformation conditions were studied using a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical t est system.The experimental results show that deformation temperature,strain r ate,deformation amount and initial austenite grain size are four factors with i mportant effect on thermal deformation behavior Dynamic recrystallization take s place under the condition of Z being less than the critical va lue of Z c.Activation energy Q and stress exponent n were determined as 378 6 kJ/mol and 5 81 respectively by regression ana lysis.Austenite conditions during making gear steel pipe were analysed:dynamic recrystallization occurs when deformation of 40 %~54 % is performed at 1 100~1150 ℃ in perforating procedure while austenite is in work-hardened state in tube mill and reducing mills where pierced billet is deformed 21 % at 1000~1050 ℃ and 31 % at 900~950 ℃ respectively.
