摘 要:观察了 5 0Hz,0 .1~ 9.6mT ,10~ 30min的电磁场暴露及其与铅的联合作用对淡水发光细菌青海弧菌 (Vib rioqinghaiensissp .nov)发光的影响 .结果表明 ,电磁场暴露能增强发光细菌的发光 ,在 6 .4mT附近 ,增强作用最为强烈 ,在 0 .2~ 0 .4mT附近 ,增强作用显得最为微弱 ,提示ELFEMFs对发光细菌的效应具有剂量“窗口”特性 ;Pb(0 .2~ 1.6mgL-1)能抑制发光细菌发光 ,并随着Pb剂量的增大 ,抑制效应愈明显 ,呈明显的线性负相关 ;电磁场与Pb合并作用 ,Pb并没有改变电磁场对发光细菌效应的包括剂量窗口在内的特性 ,但 3.2~ 9.6mT的电磁场暴露提高了发光细菌对Pb剂量变化的敏感性 .图 3表 3参The effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF EMFs) and its combined effect with lead on the luminescence of luminescent bacteria Vibrio qinghaiensis sp. nov (Strain Q67) were studied in this paper. Results indicated that an exposure to 50 Hz, 0.1~9.6 mT EMFs for 10~30 min significantly enhanced the luminescence. The enhancement was most evident when EMFs density was around 6.4 mT and weakest at about 0.2~0.4 mT, which suggests the existence of dose ”windows” during the interaction between EMFs and the bacterial organisms. Exposure to lead (0.2~1.6 mg L -1) inhibited the luminescence, and the inhibition became stronger with the increment of lead dose. When ELF EMFs and lead were applied simultaneously, the results suggested that lead could not change the characteristics of ELF EMFs′ effects on the luminescence including dose ”windows”. However, under the exposure to EMFs of 3.2~9.6 mT the luminescent bacteria became more sensitive to the increment of lead dose. Fig 3, Tab 3, Ref 9
