摘 要:研究了Pr含量对快淬Prx(FeCoZr)94-xB6(x=12.5,12,10.5,9.0)系列粘结磁体磁性能的影响。采用部分过快淬加晶化退火工艺,获得由非晶和微晶组成的条带,晶化处理后制备出最佳磁性能的磁体。随Pr含量的减少,磁体的内禀矫顽力Hci下降而剩磁Br增加,Pr含量低于10%,Br增加缓慢,Hci和(BH)m迅速下降。所以,10%是磁性能发生大的转变的临界Pr含量值,验证了作者提出的完全耦合软磁相体积分数模型。The dependence of magnetic properties of Pr_x(FeCoZr)_(94-x)B_6 (x=12.5,12,10.5,9) bonded magnets on Pr content was investigated. By sub-overquenching to get an amorphous mixed with fine crystallites and annealing under the optimal conditions, the melt-spun Pr_x(FeCoZr)_(94-x)B_6 bonded magnets with the best magnetic properties were prepared. With the reduction of Pr content, B_r will increase but H_(ci) will decrease.Pr content is lower than 10 at%, B_r will increase slowly,meanwhile H_(ci) and (BH)_(max) will decrease strongly. So 10 at% is a critical value of Pr content for the magnetic properties change, which is consistent with the calculating result through the model of soft magnetic phase fractions coupled completely. The 10.5 at% is the optimum value at which the excellent combination of magnetic properties (bonded with 3.25 wt% epoxy) were obtained: B_r=0.673T,H_(ci)=610 kA·m^(-1),H_(cb)=379 kA·m^(-1),(BH)_(max)=71 kJ·m^(-3).
