摘  要:摇瓶中研究镧对转基因鱼腥藻生长和外源基因表达的影响。结果发现硫酸镧浓度低于500μg/L,对生长基本无影响,但随着浓度的增大,对生长的抑制作用逐渐明显。镧对转基因鱼腥藻7120蛋白含量和TNF表达水平的影响相似,低于200μg/L几乎没有影响,随着浓度升高,蛋白含量和TNF表达水平均降低。实验结果表明在转基因鱼腥藻培养过程中应避免高浓度的稀土元素存在。The effect of La^(3+) on the growth and exogenous gene expression of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 was studied in shake flask. The results showed that low concentration of La_2(SO_4)_3 (<500μg/L)has no effect on the growth of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120, but the inhibition of La^(3+)to the growth of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 will be more and more clear with the increase of La^(3+). The effect of La^(3+) on the concentration of protein and exogenous gene expression of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 were similar.Low concentration of La_2(SO_4)_3 (<200μg/L)has no effect, and high concentration would reduce TNF expression.La^(3+) had negative effect on the growth and exogenous gene expression of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120. The high concentration of La^(3+) will be avoided in the culture of Recombinant Anabaena sp.PCC7120.
