乳化葛根素对家兔血液流变性和微循环的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素 (PuerarinPur) ,磷脂 (Phospholipids,P)和乳化葛根素 (emulsivePuerarin ,ePur)对家兔血液流变性及微循环的影响。方法正常组家兔 ,静脉注射30mg·kg-1P、Pur和ePur30min后,分别测定血液流变性和微循环各项指标。结果用药组与正常对照组比较 ,血液黏滞度、红细胞比容、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原含量及血沉等血液流变性指标均有明显改善 (P<0.01) ,并有扩张微动脉血管(P<0.01) ,加快微血管血流速度作用(P<0.01) ,三用药组之间比较也均有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论P ,Pur和ePur均有改善血液流变性和微循环指标的作用 ,三者作用强度为ePur>Pur>P。Objective To observe effect of puerarin(pur)Phospholipids(P)and emulsive puerain on imˉproving rabbit's hemorrheology and microcirculation.Methods30mg.kg -1 of P,Pur and emulsive Puerarin(ePur)were respectively injected intravenously in male rabbits.After30min,indexes of hemorrheology and microcirculaˉtion were measured respectively by the detector.Results Compared with the normal group,P,Pur and ePur can obviously improve indexes of hemorrheology,such as hematocrit,the whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specifˉic viscosity,RBC electrophoresis time,the concentration of fibrinogen and blood sedimentation(P<0.01).P,Pur and ePur also dilated the arterioles(P<0.01)and accelerated the speed of the blood flow(P<0.01)in the rabbits'mesentery microcirculation.Conclusions The action intensity from strong to weak is ePur,Pur,and P;it can be tested that P strengthens the effect of Pur.
