摘　　要：AIM: Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of neonatal and maternal morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the functionality of β2- and 133-adrenoreceptors(β-ARs) in human placental arteries and to assess the influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension on β-ARs responsiveness.METHODS: We performed in vitro functional and biochemical studies as well as RT-PCR experiments.
