摘　　要：目的　介绍手部微型皮瓣组合应用修复手指套状皮肤缺损的手术方法。方法　 1996年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,应用微型皮瓣组合修复手指套状皮肤缺损 2 1例 ,术后辅以早期功能锻炼。结果　 2 1例 41块皮瓣全部成活 ,1块皮瓣部分坏死 ,经换药后愈合。术后随访 5个月至 4年 ,患指感觉、运动功能及外形均较满意 ,手功能评定[1] :优 13例 ,良 4例 ,优良率达 81%。结论　应用微型皮瓣组合修复手指套状皮肤缺损手术操作简单 ,效果好 ,供区损伤小 ,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To introduce a surgical procedure for repair of skin degloving avulsion injury at fingers using double miniature flaps. Methods From July 1996 to December 2002,21 cases of skin avulsion at fingers were covered with miniature flaps. Early functional exercises were carried out postoperatively. Results The flaps survived in 21 cases(41 flaps). One case had partial necrosis, but secondary healing was achieved after dress changing. Over 5 to 48 months follow-up postoperatively, the appearance of the flaps, the motor and sensory function in fingers were satisfactory. The treatment outcome was evaluated according to the criteria of Chinese Hand Surgery Society, with excellent result in 13 cases and good result in 4 cases. The overall excellent and good rate was 81%. Conclusion The double miniature flaps for coverage of finger degloving injury has such advantage as simple procedure, good outcome with minimal donor site morbidity.
