摘　　要：面对激烈的市场竞争以及顾客对高质量、低成本产品的需要,如何使产品尽快、成熟地完成设计,从而以高质量产品快速占领市场,对产品的设计制造企业来讲显得尤为重要。而要达到这些目的,就必须使用一些高效率的工具来辅助完成产品设计,以保证顾客使用到可靠的和高质量的产品。HALT与HASS技术正是这一过程有力的支持工具。在产品设计中,使用HALT与HASS技术,有助于设计出成熟的产品,达到较高的费效比。It′s very important for a company to occupy the market with maturity product in shorter time. On the other hand, customer never stops to seek for the lower price and higher quality product. Highly accelerated life test (HALT) and highly accelerated stress screen (HASS) are two processes that could provide tools for quickly uncover problems in design and production phases of products. It can mature design and improve the reliability of product efficiently in shorter time.
