摘  要:2001年晚季和2002年早季,对华南超级常规稻品种广超3号和胜泰1号、两系法超级杂交稻组合粤杂122等7个材料幼穗第2次枝梗原基分化期的干物质、功能叶叶绿素(a+b)含量、叶面积指数、根系活力和功能叶净光合速率进行了测定,并分析了品种(组合)间差异、生理性状与干物重之间的相互关系和早、晚季不同生态环境对生理性状的影响后,提出了本区超级稻株型育种中幼穗第2次枝梗原基分化期宜掌握的生理指标量值范围为:干物重变幅早季6032~6481kg/hm2,晚季4073~4270kg/hm2;功能叶叶绿素(a+b)含量早季4 4mg/gFW左右,晚季3 0~3 2mg/gFW;根系活力早季150~275μgNA/gFW·h,晚季194~237μgNA/gFW·h;LAI早季8 0~9 0,晚季6 0~6 3;功能叶净光合速率早季25 0μmolCO2/m2·s左右,晚季22 0~24 0μmolCO2/m2·s。The main physiological characteristics of two-line super hybrid rice Yueza 122, conventional super rice variety Guangchao 3 and other 5 super rice varieties (combinations), including dry matter weight, chlorophyll contents of the functional leaves, leaf area index (LAI), root activity and net photosynthetic rate in the functional leaves were measured at the secondary panicle branch differentiation stage in the South China.The significance of difference and correlationship among these physiological characteristics and the effects of different environments between early and late crops on them were analyzed by using analysis of variance and other statistics methods.The required physiological values at the secondary panicle branch differentiation stage for dynamic plant type breeding of South China double cropping super rice were determined.They are 6032-6481 kg/hm^2 in the early crop and 4073-4270 kg/hm^2 in the late crop for the ideal dry matter weight,4.4 mg/gFW in the early crop and 3.0-3.2mg/gFW in the late crop for the ideal chlorophyll contents of the functional leaves,150-275 μgNA/gFW·h in the early crop and 194-237 μgNA/ gFW·h in the late crop for the ideal root activity, 8.0-9.0 in the early crop and about 6.0-6.3 in the late crop for the ideal leaf area index, about 25.0 μmolCO_2/ m^2·s in the early crop and about 22.0-24.0 μmolCO_2/ m^2·s in the late crop for the ideal net photosynthetic rate in the functional leaves.
