人载脂蛋白A5基因多态性56C→G与血浆甘油三酯的关系

摘　　要：为研究载脂蛋白A5基因编码区 5 6C→G这一多态性位点与血浆脂质以及载脂蛋白水平的关系 ,选择4 6 8个健康汉族人 ,应用聚合酶链反应限制片长多态性的原理 ,逐个鉴定每个个体的基因型。结果发现 ,5 6C→G这一位点在中国汉族人群中突变频率小于 1% ,提示它在中国汉族人群中不是一个多态性位点 。Aim To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5 gene 56C→G and the levels of serum lipids and lipoproteins. Methods 486 subjects were collected to determine the genotypes by using polymerase reaction-restriction fragments length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP). Results There is only one carrier with minor allele of 56C→G, in another word, only one heterozygous was found in the group (n=468). Conclusion The relationship between the site of apolipoprotein A5 gene 56C→G and the levels of serum lipids and lipoproteins can not be established.
