摘　　要：[目的 ]用子宫增重试验筛检镉的雌激素样作用 ,比较子宫增重试验中子宫湿重和剥离重之间的关系 ,评价子宫增重试验的测量指标。 [方法 ]分别对去卵巢SD大鼠皮下注射雌二醇 ( 0 ,3 0 ,10 0 ,3 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,3 0 0 0 ,10 0 0 0ng/kg·bw)和氯化镉 ( 0 ,2 5 ,5 0 ,75 ,10 0 ,2 0 0 μg/kg·bw) ,连续染毒 3d后 ,第 4天处死动物 ,分离子宫 ,称量子宫的湿重和挤去子宫腔内液后的剥离重。 [结果 ]与对照组相比 ,雌激素组和氯化镉组子宫重量都有增加的剂量效应趋势。雌激素组子宫湿重在3 0ng/kg·bw时与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,剥离重在 10 0ng/kg·bw时差异才出现显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。氯化镉组情况类似 ,湿重和剥离重差异呈现显著性的剂量分别为 75 μg/kg·bw和 10 0 μg/kg·bw。子宫腔内液在雌激素组随着剂量的增加 ,持续上升 ;在氯化镉组 ,当达到一定浓度后不再增加 ,对子宫增重的影响逐渐减少。 [结论To screen estrogenicity of cadmium and compare the relationship between the uterus wet weight and blotted weight in uterotrophic assay and estimate the function of the index in uterotrophic assay. SD rats were administrated with different dose of estrogen (0,30,100,300,1 000,3 000,10 000 ng/kg bw)and cadmium(0,25,50,75,100,200 μg/kg bw)subcutaneously. The uteruses wet weight and blotted weight were measured after administrating constantly for 3 days. Compared with control group,uterus weight increased with dose-depedent fashion in both the estrogen groups and the cadmium groups. The conspicuous difference in blotted weight appeared in a higher dose group. In estrogen group,wet weight increased significantly in 30ng/kg bw group(P<0.05),and blotted weight appeared significant difference in a higher dose group (100 ng/kg bw)(P<0.05).Cadmium group has the similar pattern as estrogen group whose wet weight increased significantly in lower dose(75 μg/kg bw),and blotted weight in higher dose(100 μg/kg bw).Sap in uterus lumen increased following the increasing of dose in estrogen group,but in cadmium group,it only increased in lower dose groups. [Conclusion] Cadmium can increase the rats' uterus weight.
