雪莲对大鼠耐缺氧能力、红细胞数及血红蛋白的影响

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察雪莲对实验大鼠耐缺氧能力和红细胞数及血红蛋白含量的影响。 [方法 ]Wistar雄性大鼠 80只 ,随机分成 8组 ,每组 10只 ,其中 4组分别用蒸馏水 (对照组 )和雪莲 160、3 2 5、65 0mg/ (kg·d)连续灌胃 10d ,测定大鼠密闭性缺氧存活时间 ;另外 4组经蒸馏水 (对照组 )和雪莲 80、160 3 2 0mg/ (kg·d) ,连续灌胃 10d ,分别测定大鼠外周血中红细胞数及血红蛋白含量。 [结果 ] 3 2 5及 65 0mg/ (kg·d)剂量组与对照组比较 ,缺氧存活时间均延长 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;160及 3 2 0mg/ (kg·d)剂量组与对照组比较 ,红细胞数均增多 (P <0 .0 1) ;各剂量组血红蛋白含量均较对照组增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。 [结论To study the effects of saussurea medusa maxim on enduring anoxia,erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level. In this paper,eighty Wistar male rats are divided into eight groups,each group per ten rats.Four groups among them are divided into control,low,midium,high dose groups.Rat surrival time during airtight anoxia,rat erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level were studied after intragastric administration of three different doses of saussurea medusa maxim [rat:160,325,650 mg/(kg·d),rat:80,160,320 mg/(kg·d)] for 10 days. saussurea medusa maxim of different doses could prolong the rat surrival time,increase the number of erythrocyte and the content of hemoglobin. There was signifficiant difference between the middle or high doses group and the control group(P<0.01),but no signifficiant difference between the low dose group and the control group(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Saussurea medusa maxim could enhance the resistance of orgarnism to anoxia and produce a protective effect on rat.
