高性能氢化丁腈橡胶的配方与性能

摘　　要：在加氢度为 96%、结合丙烯腈质量分数为 3 4%的氢化丁腈橡胶 (HNBR)中 ,以 2 ,5 -二甲基 -2 ,5 -双 (叔丁基过氧基 )己烷为硫化剂 ,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯 (TAIC)为助硫化剂 ,分别加入不同牌号的炭黑 [N 3 3 0 ,N 5 3 9,N 5 5 0 ,半补强炭黑 (SRF)或喷雾炭黑 ],于 1 80℃下硫化 1 5min,制备了具有低压缩永久变形、优异力学性能的HNBR硫化胶。结果表明 ,增加硫化剂用量 ,以及在其较小用量下添加TAIC时 ,可降低HNBR硫化胶的压缩永久变形。对不同牌号炭黑增强硫化胶综合性能的分析可知 ,在硫化剂用量为 6 2 5份 (质量 ,下同 ) ,TAIC用量为 1 2 5份时 ,炭黑对HNBR硫化胶增强效果由大到小为 :N 3 3 0 ,N5 3 9,N 5 5 0 ,SRF ,喷雾炭黑。A series of hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(HNBR) vulcanizates with low compression set and high mechanical properties were prepared based on HNBR(mass fraction of acrylonitrile 34%, hydrogenation degree 96%), 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as vulcanizator, triallylisocyanurate(TAIC)as cocuring agent, and adding different brands of carbon black, curing for 15 min at 180 ℃.The results showed that the decrease of compression set of HNBR vulcanizates could be achieved by increasing the dosage of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane or adding TAIC at small dosage of vulcanizator. It was seen from the reinforcement results of N 330, N 539 , N 550 , SRF and spraying carbon black on the balanced properties of HNBR vulcanizates that the reinforcement effect in decreasing order was N 330 , N 539 , N 550 , SRF and spraying carbon black when vulcanizator 6.25 phr and TAIC 1.25 phr were used.
